And yet still no body knows what exactly happened to thenewx.org anyone know a way to contact the administrator?

Just a long time outtage or what? Maybe just the admin happens to be out of town doesn't know that the site is down? Grasping at straws...hopefully we didn't lose the site altogether, there was a lot of great info and people on there.

yea i also hope we dont lose the info that was on the site considering the amount there was it would take forever to rewrite...

i tried looking some people up on cardomain but you cant even msg people there so that makes it even tougher to contact..

well i hope there is some change soon cuz im getting bored

Yeah well I was always on the site, and also on the March Madness bracket so figured maybe one or two others might join on here....lame thing was that I always contacted people through the forum email so I have no ones actual emails.

haa lol it took me forever to find the brackets but once did saw that everyone else had same problem.. isnt there an email support@thenewx.org?

thats cool, find out if any of them actually know what happened, i know another way to contact some of thenewx.org people is by looking them up on cardomain...

ThanX for getting this up and running. Hopefully the database won't be lost from the previous forum. I had collected and bookmarked so many posts for current/future mods that it would be a shame if I can't relocate them when I need them. (Lighting, sliders, lift, the list goes on...especially the whole "How To" index) Hope those contributors can locate their pics and remember how they dun it in case they need to repost. Nice to see someone (NyCxterra) picked up the ball and ran with it so that we can all keep in touch until (hopefully) the other forum is back up. Didn't realize that by posting on XterraFirma that I would have started something. XterraFirma is where I learned about TheNewX.org to start with, so it made sense to go back and see if someone knew what was going on.

Glad to be here. Now if MC just had all his "How-To's" ready to re-post.

I never realized how much the forum was part of my routine, till it went down.
hopefully there is a recent backup that can save the database if it's hosed.

Hey People! Dan said it won't be long! He's got it under control and we might just lose one week. Needs you to spread the word that it will be back soon. People less than 1 week old might have to re register, he had it backed up to then. MC
