The Main Site is "DOWN AGAIN"!!!!

We are working on it. This new host was suppose to be more stable and so far they are anything but.

We apologize for the downtime but do understand we are doing what we can.

So with this new host, we are have this problem every even day??? So far the main site has gone down this month on the 14th, 16th and now the 18th. Last time they said they didn't know why is was doing it, so it appears our new host is basically a box of rocks!

I'm not sure what you want me to say. This company has been credible in the past.

I'm not going to pick a fight with you and I understand it's frustrating as a user for the site to go down. Imagining being the owner of it?

There are millions of other web pages out there you can browse until we can get this back up.

Correct, it's gone down a few times in the last week.

I've got a call into them with a ticket number and am waiting on a call back. It's the best I can do for right now.

Do we need to switch to another host again? Possibly. But we haven't ruled these guys out completely as I said before they are credible and have been honest with us. At least we have the ability to call in with problems where we didn't have that before.

It's just that this is my favorite site out of the millions out there and when I can't get in, I get pissed.

The one thing I have notice with this host is that it usually gets back online in a feel hours, where the old host was in a few days.

This company is driving me to drink.

They can't make up their mind on what's wrong with it. Every time it comes back up they give us a different excuse.
