You lifted your suspension, you need to loosen up the brake lines a bit so they will not pull loose when wheeling.
Most of us have it zip tied to the old bracket it used to secure to.
Yes that is the boot to the left of my Diff breather.
This is one way to cure this sloppy way to secure the ABS line.
I start with a $0.79 part from the lumber dept. It's a metal joint er.
They sell all sorts, they are strong and coated against rust.
Cut in half! Two bangs for the buck!
OK now, best way is to set against old bracket and outline the hole that held the line from factory and cut away that part from metal, here is my slop. Who is going to see it?
OK here it is installed on both sides, exact same piece, just bent different ways. You will figure it out as you are smart. You must use a large bolt very short like I did as it should not be able to pass through the open part of the old place the ABS line went through. Now transfer the lines to fit your home made brackets as they did the factory ones and bend them the way you want. Do some flexing when wheeling and make sure they fit OK. Paint to match! What will MC come up with next?
Passenger Side.
Driver Side is different as shown/seen.
Maybe something you can do while waiting on your lift parts.
This is shown used on a Daystar Shackle and spacer lift.
